李硕祐（Lee Seo-kwoo）,韩国仁荷大学法学院国际法教授；仁荷大学国际海洋法研究中心主任；韩国国际法协会国际关系分会主任；韩国海上交通线研究小组研究委员会主任；海牙亚洲国际 法发展基金会理事会成员。多次组织海洋法问题国际研讨会，在多所大学任教，包括2009年在厦门大学马可波罗－郑和高等研究班授课。
